Typing French accents is easy!

  1. To type accent grave (à, è, etc) press control with ` then the vowel you want to type.
  2. Accent aigu (é), press control with ‘ (single quote) then e.
  3. Cédille (ç) press control with ,   then c.
  4. Circonflexe (ê), press control with ^ (shift with 6) then e.

    Guide makes typing in french so much easier, at first it’s slow to get used to, but after a few weeks it’s just a reflex
